The Saint Ann Altar Servers and their families gathered together on September 11th 2021 for their first Altar Server Family Social.  Before food was ordered everyone gathered together in prayer and then began to watch Disney's The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe.  Pizza arrived for lunch halfway through the movie which was then enjoyed as the film continued.  Once the film was completed we talked briefly about the Christian typology in the film before we commenced with a tug of war contest.  The first contest was between the 5:00PM Mass on Saturday against the combined Sunday Masses.  This was followed by all the youth altar servers competing againt the Adult Servers in which one of the parents was drug across the floor by the youth.  The group then gathered together to take a group picture as altar servers before the altar servers continued to play together while the parents enjoyed the opportunity to socialize.
